2. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting roofing-network.com, submitting a free quote request, calling our office, or engaging Roofing Network for any roofing service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Residential Roofing

We install and replace shingle, tile, clay tile, metal (PBR panel, 5V crimp, standing seam), EPDM, and flat roofing systems. 4. Free Aerial Quotes

Roofing Network's aerial quote system delivers precise roofing estimates within 15 minutes using aerial measurement technology. No salesperson visit is required until you are ready to proceed. Aerial quotes are provided free of charge and carry no obligation.

An aerial quote is not a binding contract. Final pricing may vary based on physical site inspection findings, material lead times, permit requirements, and any project scope changes discovered during inspection.

5. Estimates and Project Contracts

Free Estimates and Inspections

Free roof inspections are available for all prospective clients. An inspection report is provided at no charge and carries no obligation.

Project Contracts

All approved roofing projects are governed by a written Project Agreement executed by both parties. The Project Agreement governs payment schedules, project timelines, warranty terms, material specifications, and permit responsibilities. In any conflict between these Terms and a signed Project Agreement, the Project Agreement controls.

Scope Changes

Any changes to the agreed project scope require a signed Change Order before additional work proceeds. Roofing Network is not responsible for delays resulting from undisclosed property conditions, owner-requested changes, permit office delays, or weather conditions beyond our control.

6. Licensing, Certification, and Insurance

Roofing Network (Planet Roofing, LLC) is fully licensed and insured in the State of Florida.

• General Liability Insurance: $2,000,000 per occurrence

• Workers' Compensation: Carried on all projects

• GAF Master Elite Certification: Awarded to the top 3% of roofing contractors in the United States

• GAF Golden Pledge Warranty: Available on qualifying shingle roof projects — the strongest shingle warranty in the industry

Every project is permit-pulled and inspected in compliance with Florida Building Code. We do not offer permit-waived installations under any circumstances.

7. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

Payment terms, deposit requirements, and installment schedules are defined in your Project Agreement.

Late Payments

Late payments may accrue interest charges as specified in the Project Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend active work on projects with outstanding payment obligations.

Financing

Roofing Network offers three financing programs for qualifying projects:

• 0% APR for 12 months — no payments or interest during the promotional period if paid in full

• 60-month low-rate plan — 5.99% interest with manageable monthly payments

• 120-month low-payment plan — 9.99% interest for maximum payment flexibility

8. Warranties

Workmanship Warranty

Roofing Network warrants our workmanship against defects for the period specified in your Project Agreement.

GAF Golden Pledge Warranty

For qualifying shingle roof installations using GAF materials, Roofing Network provides access to the GAF Golden Pledge warranty — backed directly by GAF, not just by our company. This warranty is the gold standard of shingle roofing protection and is available exclusively through GAF Master Elite certified contractors like Roofing Network.

Manufacturer Warranties

All other materials — including metal panels, tile systems, TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen membranes — carry manufacturer warranties provided in writing at project completion.

Warranty Exclusions

Workmanship warranties exclude damage from acts of God (hurricanes, floods, extreme weather), third-party modifications to completed work, normal wear and tear, pre-existing undisclosed conditions, and failure to follow post-project maintenance recommendations.

9. Storm Damage and Insurance Claims

Roofing Network assists property owners in navigating the insurance claims process for storm, wind, hail, and hurricane roof damage. We can document damage, provide written assessments, and coordinate with your insurance adjuster.

Roofing Network is not a licensed public adjuster and does not make coverage determinations on behalf of any insurance carrier. Coverage decisions are the exclusive responsibility of your insurance company. Our team is available at (954) 588-8734 to assist you as soon as you observe damage.

10. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on roofing-network.com — including text, images, project photos, logos, pricing tools, and downloadable documents — is the property of Planet Roofing, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may browse for personal informational purposes only. Reproduction, scraping, or commercial use of any content requires prior written permission.

11. Third-Party Links and Platforms

Our website links to third-party platforms including Google Business Profile, Houzz, BBB, GAF, and YouTube. These links are for convenience only. Roofing Network does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Roofing Network's liability for any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid by the claimant for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Venue Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

14. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
